I want you to take this prompt in one of two ways:
1. A small town where a rumor turns either deadly or lands someone in jail though the rumor, as most are, is false.
2. Pretend you're a "celebrity-hound" and can make up stories about anyone famous, living or dead. Just make sure you let people know it's part of a prompt before you share your ideas or you may be starting a rumor of your own.
